What’s Included
Lawn Mowing
Grass is cut to the optimal height required for healthy root development and structural strength. Bi-weekly service is recommended during peak growing months to maintain a consistent height, while monthly service is available for slower growing periods or basic yard control.
Trimming & Edging
This takes care of the details large mowers can't reach. We trim grass cleanly along fences, garden beds, and foundations, and use a mechanical edger along driveways and sidewalks to create sharp, defined lines that prevent grass from spreading onto your concrete.
Weed Control
Targeted treatment and management of common yard weeds. This protects your lawn by stopping weeds from competing with your grass for essential water, sunlight, and soil nutrients.

What You Need to Know Before We Start
Property Access
If your backyard is secured by a locked gate, our team will need access or a code on your scheduled service day to complete the job.
Yard Clearance
Lawns must be completely clear of pet waste, toys, tools, and large debris before our arrival to protect our equipment and ensure a clean cut.
Overgrown Grass
If your grass is currently exceptionally tall or hasn't been cut all season, the initial visit will require more time and specific equipment handling to lower the height safely without damaging the lawn.
